I try not to do anything too strenuous right after. No hitting the gym or running errands. Just take it easy for a bit. Let the relaxation sink in. Sometimes I’ll put on some moisturizer once I’m home, ‘cause all that sweating can dry out your skin a bit, even with the steam.
